Flexibility (Early Check-in / Late Check-out)
Luggage & Parking: You may park and leave your belongings with us from 9:00 AM (or after check-out to enjoy the beach), provided this is arranged in advance.
Room Use: Early entry or late exit from the apartment is subject to availability between bookings. We cannot guarantee it, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Spots: First-come, first-served. In the larger garage, please keep the driveway clear. In the courtyard, use the 5 yellow-marked spots.
Security: Ensure the gate is fully closed. You do not need to turn off your headlights when arriving at night.
Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
100% Non-smoking environment: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation is subject to a deep cleaning fee of R$ 800.
Pets: Must not be noisy or disturb other guests. They must always be on a leash in common areas.
Your apartment is equipped with essentials (linens, towels, and basic kitchenware). If you need anything else, please let us know via chat during business hours (Monday to Saturday). We will do our best to assist you on the same day, depending on item and staff availability.
Important Information: We operate as independent apartments with access to shared areas. To ensure you enjoy maximum freedom and privacy, we do not provide traditional hotel services such as a 24-hour front desk, daily towel changes, or breakfast. Think of it as your own private beach home!
Energy Saving: Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Laundry: Use the drying racks near the front wall or in the guest laundry room (2nd floor). Do not hang clothes on the balcony.]
Long Stays (7+ days): We provide a full cleaning with linen and towel changes once a week (time to be arranged).
Peró Beach: This stunning beach is just a 20-minute walk away. Upon leaving the house, turn left and, at the end of the street, turn left again to head towards the ocean.
Beach Gear: We offer coolers and beach chairs (limit of 2 per unit) for your use. As these are shared items, they are subject to availability.
Sand: Use the outdoor shower at the entrance before going upstairs. Please rinse beach chairs in the garage after use.
Mercado Tucano (50m): Turn right upon leaving the house. There is an ATM available inside.
Dining & Food (100m): Turn left upon leaving the house to find Padaria da Cícera (bakery) and Churrascow (steakhouse).
Extra 24h (Supermarket): Located near the Cabo Frio Main Bus Station (Rodoviária).
